About Timafen
Software meets
the real world.
Timafen is the public working notebook of an independent developer building practical systems with AI through the Medusa by Timafen architecture.
What you will find here
Useful systems, reported without polished hindsight.
Medusa by Timafen is the shared operating architecture: a coordinating cognition core, a distributed nerve mesh, and semi-autonomous project arms. It connects intent, memory, signals, evidence, and control without erasing the identity of each project.
I write about the decisions, failures, operating constraints, and measurable results behind the work. The first major project is Factory Next, an active experiment in making autonomous coding agents behave like a dependable delivery operation.
The broader work also includes the physical reality of parts, resale, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment. That environment is a useful antidote to software ideas that only work inside a diagram.
This site is not an investment offer and does not promise a finished product. It is a transparent record of what is working, what is being tested, and what still needs proof.
