Privacy

Useful data.
Minimal collection.

Last updated August 26, 2026. This policy explains how Timafen and Timafen Publisher handle data.

Only what is needed to run the site and publishing workflow.

The public site records privacy-minimized page views, engaged visits, link clicks, and whether a contextual email contact link was opened. The event records only the label email_contact; it does not record the visitor's email address or message content. Server logs may temporarily contain technical request data such as timestamps, requested paths, browser information, and IP addresses for security and reliability.

When the owner connects a Google or YouTube account to Timafen Publisher, the service may receive the account name, email address, channel metadata, authorized YouTube content-management access, and YouTube Analytics data. OAuth credentials are used only to perform owner-requested publishing, channel management, and reporting.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. It is processed only by the private Timafen publishing service and the infrastructure providers needed to operate it. Timafen's use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

OAuth tokens are stored on a private server with restricted access. They are retained while the integration remains connected and are removed when the integration is disconnected or when deletion is requested. Operational logs and backups are retained only as needed for security, recovery, and legal obligations.

You can revoke Google access at any time in your Google Account connections. To request access, correction, or deletion of data, email [email protected]. Reasonable deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
