aiaccess privacy

Owner-only access.
Bounded data use.

Last updated October 13, 2026. This policy covers aiaccess, a private QuickBooks Online app used only by Timofey, the owner of timafen.com.

Accounting data serves one owner's workflow.

aiaccess is intended to read accounting data for three companies owned or controlled by Timofey. Data is read from QuickBooks Online through a secured reader and processed on the owner's behalf by the internal Paperclip agent using an OpenAI model.

Timofey does not sell QuickBooks data, use it to serve other customers, or share it with unrelated clients. The data is disclosed to the systems and service providers needed to run the owner's workflow, including Intuit and OpenAI.

QuickBooks data sent to OpenAI for model processing may be retained or used by OpenAI to improve its models, depending on the OpenAI product, account, and settings involved. At least one relevant ChatGPT account currently has “Improve the model for everyone” enabled; settings for a second account have not been verified.

The current aiaccess design is read-only. Writing to QuickBooks is not implemented.

As of this policy's last-updated date, production OAuth access has not been completed and continuous QuickBooks data collection has not begun. Data may appear during processing, in internal BB and Paperclip task or run history and logs, on the owner's own servers, and in provider systems such as OpenAI. Exact retention periods for those histories, provider-side storage, logs, and backups have not been confirmed. No automatic deletion schedule is currently promised.

To ask what aiaccess holds or request deletion, email [email protected]. A deletion request is handled after the relevant active storage, provider copies, histories, logs, and backups have been identified. This policy applies only to aiaccess.
