aiaccess is not a public or customer-facing service. It may be used only by Timofey to work with QuickBooks Online data for three companies he owns or controls. No license is granted for resale, sublicensing, access by other clients, unauthorized access, or interference with the app or connected services.

The app is planned to read accounting data through a secured reader. Its internal Paperclip agent may use an OpenAI model to analyze that data. Writing to QuickBooks is not implemented.

aiaccess depends on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and OpenAI, and their availability, terms, retention practices, and account settings. Data sent to OpenAI may be used to improve its models when the applicable product and account settings allow it. The app may change, pause, or be discontinued. It is provided as is, without a promise of uninterrupted service or error-free results.

Outputs must be reviewed before use and are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. The owner remains responsible for decisions, filings, and changes made in QuickBooks.
